Lateral Force Resisting System | Concrete walls and concrete moment frames in the three-story base structure. Concrete moment frames in both directions and concrete walls in transverse direction for the nine-story tower. Strengthening: steel-braces added in the tower in the longitudinal direction. 4.5" shotcrete over transverse shear walls. |
