Lateral Force Resisting SystemPerimeter concrete shear walls in both directions. Walls are 10" and 16" thick with vertical boundary elements.
Foundation TypePrecast concrete driven piles, 1' square, 25' to 43' long, 40 to 100 ton capacity, in groups of 1 to 6 piles. 6" slab on grade.
