Foundation Type | 48" thick concrete mat with 24" diameter concrete auger cast piles grouped at wall and column locations. |
Remarks | The building was designed in accordance with the 2007 California Building Code with the lateral force design criteria approved by OSHPD as Alternate Means of Compliance. Funding for instrumentation was provided by the owner as required by OSHPD. CSMIP provided assistance in instrumentation. |
